We train our athletes with the full spectrum of the CrossFit method to develop a general physical preparedness that enables them to do well at any task or sport life throws their way now – and long into the future. That is a big goal and a big responsibility – and one we have never taken lightly.

CrossFit in Person

60 Min group setting strength and conditioning program designed to help people gain a broad and general fitness. CrossFit programming concentrates on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness, preparing you for any physical challenge. CrossFit contends that a healthy, fit person requires proficiency in each of the ten general physical fitness skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

Online Programming

At CrossFit Ohitika 134 we offer the ability for members who prefer or may need to workout from the comfort of your home, hotel, or a really nice beach. Members can obtain the online programming through the SugarWOD application after signing up for the online membership.  The online workouts are similar to our in-person workouts with 7 day a week access.  The online programming will be available for members who require minimal equipment to those who have a large range of workout equipment.  Online members will have access to our coaches for any questions, assistance with movements or general questions you may have.  Any online members wishing to participate with in-person classes will need purchase in-person packaging.

Nutrition Coaching

Want to get healthier?  Goal to get leaner?  Maybe strength is your game.  One of the most foundational aspects of any healthy body starts in the kitchen!  Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to food, improve your performance, or make body composition changes.  Let us help pin-point a comprehensive diet plan, customize to your lifestyle, that will help you feel like you are at your peak potential in terms of fitness, energy levels, and mood.

Nutrition Coaching Includes:

  • Support/guidance around weight loss, fat loss muscle gain, performance improvements, lifestyle changes, habit, changes. etc.
  • Fun challenges, weekly check-ins, and personalized macro calculations
  • Personal nutrition coach.

Personal Training

Our goal is to inspire clients to live larger lives through fitness. 1-on-1 is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
